Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cauliflower
  • ½ cup Purple cabbage
  • Two medium-size tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • ½ chopped red bell pepper AKA capsicum
  • ½ cup Cucumber
  • Half cup chopped Carrot
  • 1 onion
  • Dill 3-4 branches
  • Vegetable oil 2-3 tsp
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1
Preferably us a Nikiri knife to finely chop all the vegetables and mix them in a bowl.
Step 2
For salad dressing, mix lemon juice, vegetable oil, black pepper, finely chopped dill.
Step 3

Add chopped vegetables to the dressing and mix well.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. Your salad is ready!

How to store vegetable salad?
